Services are best delivered as close to the individual as possible. Effective support referrals rely upon not just knowing what resources are available, but by having a working relationship with service providers.
Illinois Joining Forces staff is small, but its' mission is not. It's not possible for IJF to have a working relationship with the thousands of service providers state-wide. But by identifying key stakeholders and developing relationships with those individuals/organizations, IJF will be able to leverage their knowledge and connections to better serve the SMVF community.
