Brenda E Osuch is the Chief Operations Officer at Illinois Joining forces where she is responsible for running the day to day operations to ensure the mission to bring together public, private, and government stakeholders to collaboratively support service members, veterans, and their families – to include caregivers and survivors – regardless of status, throughout the State of Illinois is realized.
Brenda has devoted an over 20 years career to work in the non-profit sector. She is driven to lead organizations to deliver high quality impact and develop business practices that promote growth and long-term viability.
Brenda has expertise in all facets of strategic planning and analysis, operational alignment, and collaborative leadership within startup and established non-profit organizational environments. Skilled in collaborating with all members of the organization to achieve business and financial objectives. Instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing technology solutions. As a former military spouse, Brenda has a passion for giving back to the military community, formally she was the Chief Operating Officer at US Navy Memorial in Washington, DC.
Brenda has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University and attended Rutgers University where she received her Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology. Brenda is a certified life coach with a passion for supporting people in their process of discovery and movement towards achieving their optimal self.
